Your Family is Our Family
Our Mission
We are here to help all individuals we serve attain independence with the opportunity to grow in a natural setting.
People want guidance, not rhetoric. They need to know
what the plan of action is, and how it will be implemented.
They want to be given responsibility to help solve the problem
and authority to act on it.
~Howard Schultz~
Support Services

Staff also will accompany individuals to doctor's appointments, social gatherings, activities and just provide companionship.
Day Service
Guiding Foundation Support Services is a good fit for individuals seeking to socialize and engage in activities in and outside the program center. Activities center around each individual’s interests, abilities, and outcome goals as indicated in the Individualized Service Plan (ISP). Our facility provide different rooms for activities such as a computer lab, stimulation, social area, gaming, and kitchen for cooking lessons.
